Why we built this
The frustration that led to InsureC is specific: spending the first hour of every day figuring out which clients need attention, drafting the same renewal emails from scratch because the AMS stores data but does not help you use it, and building compliance documentation the night before a review because there was no time during the day.
Insurance brokerage software has not fundamentally changed in twenty years. The products that dominate the market were designed around the concept of a digital filing cabinet — a better place to store the same information that used to live in paper folders. They record what happened. They do not help brokers do what needs to happen next.
InsureC is built on a different premise: that the most valuable thing a platform can do for an independent broker is reduce the time spent on the administrative work between knowing what to do and doing it. That means AI that understands insurance — not generic AI bolted onto a record-keeping system, but AI built into the renewal workflow, the compliance documentation, the daily prioritisation.
Who we build for
InsureC is designed for independent insurance brokers and agency owners — typically operating with one to twenty-five producers — who need a professional operations platform without the cost, implementation complexity, or enterprise overhead of the systems designed for larger agencies.
These are brokers whose biggest operational challenge is not a lack of features but a lack of time. They manage the book, manage the team, manage the clients, and manage the compliance — often while also handling their own portfolio. The tools they use should do more of the work, not just store more of the data.

What we believe
Generic CRMs and adapted sales tools do not understand renewal timelines, suitability obligations, or the specific language of insurance compliance. We build for insurance specifically, which means the AI understands what it is helping with.
