Security & data handling

What we store
When you upload a book export for a Monday Report, we store the file itself and the report we generate from it — nothing more. We don't store a copy of your client database, your policies, or anything beyond what's needed to build that one report.
Where it lives
Your file and report are stored on Supabase infrastructure, encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to automated processing — no one on our team browses uploaded files manually.
How long we keep it
Your uploaded file and everything derived from it — the report itself, the parsed data used to build it — are automatically deleted 30 days after generation. You can also delete it yourself at any time from the report page, no waiting required.
What reaches the AI
We use Anthropic's Claude to write a short summary paragraph for each report. It only ever sees aggregated numbers and a handful of top renewals — never your full client list, and never anything beyond what's needed to write that one paragraph. Your data is never used to train any AI model.
Who can see a report
Each report lives behind a private, unguessable link — not indexed, not listed anywhere. The full report (with client and producer names) is only reachable via the link we email you. If you forward that link to someone else, they can see the same detail you can — that's an accepted trade-off of a zero-login product, so only forward it to people you trust with that data. If you want to share a report without exposing client names, use the "share" link on the report page instead — it shows only agency-level totals.
Deletion, on request
Email [email protected] any time and we'll delete your data immediately — no forms, no waiting period.
