Terms of Service

InsureC provides an AI-assisted insurance broker management platform including client, policy, and claims management tools. The platform is currently in early access. Features, pricing, and availability may change. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Access is granted at our sole discretion and is intended for licensed insurance professionals and their teams. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of your agency or brokerage to use the platform. We may revoke access if these conditions are not met or if these terms are violated.

You agree to use InsureC only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Share your login credentials with unauthorised parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
• Upload or transmit malicious code or unlawful content
• Use the platform to violate applicable data protection or insurance regulations

You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. By using InsureC, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service. We do not use your client or policy data to train AI models. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled.

All content, branding, software, and technology associated with InsureC remains the exclusive property of InsureC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written consent. Your feedback and suggestions may be used by us to improve the platform without any obligation to you.

During the early-access trial period no payment is required. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Pricing, billing frequency, and cancellation terms will be communicated clearly before any charge is made. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

InsureC is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to active users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
